    environment

  • Introduction to lifting with both offline and online support from HAUS No3 coaches 

 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

  • Beginners that want to learn how to train safe and effectively

  • Those that have a desire to become stronger while staying safe

 

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH THE PROGRAM?

  • A small group with high quality coaching

  • Learning the principles and techniques of common strength training exercises (squat, deadlift, push, pull) 

  • A great weekly training session with additional online strength training program to follow at home and an online community

WHEN & WHERE IS THE PROGRAM?

  • 4 weeks; March 14, 21, 28, April 4 (Saturdays)

  • Time: 11:30 - 12:30 PM

  • at HAUS No3 | Phra Kanong, Bangkok
